IMPORTANT: The one-year manufacturer's warranty starts from the date of delivery and cannot be renewed.
We offer a one-year warranty for any manufacturing defects and lens inaccuracies within one year from the delivery date. Defective items under warranty will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Our warranty does not cover damages caused by everyday wear and tear, or physical damage caused by sudden force or accidents. It does not cover stolen or lost frames, nor any changes in prescription.
How to submit a warranty claim:
If you live near a BonLook store, you can submit a warranty request in-person by making an appointment with an optician. You can click the link below to find your nearest location and consult their availabilities:
If you do not live close to a BonLook store, you can send your warranty request by email to support@bonlook.com. Please be sure to include your original order number, along with some photos of the defect: One close-up and one of the entire frame, ideally in natural lighting against a clear background. One of our agents will submit your request to our opticians and get back to you within 24-48 hours.
